  • Once your paid order has been received, I will contact you with an approximate date and we can discuss delivery options.

  • We have free delivery in Galloway, Hilliard, West Jefferson and parts of Upper Arlington, Dublin and Columbus. We can also deliver outside of those areas for a fee.

PLEASE READ the below information in full - by submitting your order you are agreeing to the terms of this form.

   -  All orders are made to order & priced accordingly unless otherwise indicated.
   -  There is a minimum order of $15 each order unless otherwise specified.
   -  I work out of my home kitchen under the Ohio Cottage Law, which is not licensed or inspected in Prairie Township, OH
     -   I deliver FREE to the cities of Hilliard, Galloway, West Jefferson and parts of Dublin and Upper Arlington.  If delivery outside the above parameters is requested, we can deliver for an additional cost or meet in a public place within the parameters with no charge. By Ohio Cottage Law, I am only permitted to ship in the State of Ohio. No Out of State Orders will be Shipped.

- ALLERGY INFORMATION:  
      Most chocolates are made nut free with the exception of nut specific items. HOWEVER other ingredients may been processed and/or packaged using a machine that may come into contact with Wheat/gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy products, Peanuts, Soy, Tree Nuts. If you are highly allergic to anything, we suggest you not order due to possible plant cross-contamination that is out of our control.

- PAYMENT POLICY:
   All Orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering unless a quote is being requested. All orders are NON-Refundable. However, if an emergency arises once payment has been made and prior to the start of the process - you may use your payment towards a future order.  Once process has been started, no refunds or credits will be given.   You will be offered the product and if no pickup has been made, you will forfeit your rights to the product and/or payment.  I will hold the product for fourteen (14) days and if after that time you have not made arrangements for delivery, product will be disposed.
